Former Australia cricketer Luke Pomersbach, who was a well-known batsman with big-hitting abilities in the T20 leagues a few years ago, is now at the rock bottom. Reports from Australian media suggest that Pomersbach is now living out of his car and evading arrest for theft.

The left-hand batsman has represented Kings XI Punjab and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. He played just a T20I for Australia but went on to play in four seasons of the IPL. But according to The West Australian, he was supposed to appear in court on Wednesday.

The former cricketer, however, has been in trouble for breaking the law as he was arrested during his time in India on charges of molesting a US individual and assaulting her boyfriend in a hotel.

Pomersbach called it quits in 2014 on a count of “battling issues associated with depression”.
