Ranveer is playing the role of Kapil in upcoming movie based on World Cup 1983 win.
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is making a lot of effort to make sure the movie '83', which is based on India's 1983 World Cup win, gets close to perfection.
The movie will release on 5th April 2019 and it has already started creating a lot of buzz on social media. Kabir Khan directs the film, and Ranveer will play cricketer Kapil Dev.
On Monday, Ranveer posted a picture of himself playing Kapil Dev's famous 'Natraj' shot for the shot. He tried to portray all the details of the shot, from his body movement to facial expression, it looked like Kapil himself is playing the shot.
Kapil reacted to the photo and gave him a thumbs up. "Hats off Ranveer!" he wrote.
The 1983 World Cup-winning captain was training Ranveer for his Natraj shot.
