Baby Rahane was born on Saturday, 5 October.
Ajinkya Rahane became the latest cricketer in the Indian cricket team to be blessed with a baby girl. Two days after birth, he shared the first picture with his baby and wife Radhika on Twitter.
Rahane joined the gang of MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravichandran Ashwin, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, and Mohammad Shami by becoming a father to a girl on Saturday. Another one in the gang is Harbhajan Singh. He was the one who shared the good news on Twitter before anybody else.

The Mumbaikar was fielding on Day 4 of the first Test between India and South Africa when the news of the birth of his daughter broke out. India won the match the next day by a whopping 204 runs. Rahane married his childhood friend Radhika in 2014. The couple shared the news of her pregnancy after the World Cup ended in July.
