Anvay Dravid, son of legendary India batter Rahul Dravid, and Aaryavir Sehwag, son of ex-India opener Virender Sehwag, were chosen for the India U19 squad for the upcoming one-day series against the Australia U19 side.

This series will begin on September 18 and will see India and Australia U-19s playing 3 one-day matches and two multi-day games.

The BCCI selection committee has picked separate squads for the two formats, with Lakshya Raichandani set to lead the ODI side, and Yashbardhan Singh Chauhan named captain for the longer-format fixtures.

Anvay and Aaryavir are solely in the One-Day squad. Aaryavir, 18, is now playing in the Delhi Premier League, and this is his first India call-up.

Meanwhile, Anvay Dravid, the younger son of former India captain and coach Rahul Dravid, has retained his spot in the ODI squad after touring Sri Lanka with the U-19 team last month. The 17-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman scored 14 and 87 in the two Youth ODIs he played on the tour.

The three one-day matches and the first multi-day fixture will be in Rajkot, while Ahmedabad will host the second multi-day game.
