The cricket schedule for the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, in 2026 has been announced on July 23, 2026. Cricket is making its fourth appearance at the Games, having previously been in Guangzhou 2010, Incheon 2014, and Hangzhou 2023. India is the reigning champion in both the men's and women's divisions.
The T20 format will be used for both the men's and women's competitions, which will have full international status. The men's competition is set for September 24 to October 1, and the women's tournament is set for September 17 to 22. The Korogi Athletic Park in the prefecture of Aichi will host the games.
India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are seeded to advance straight to the quarterfinals of the men's competition. Six teams split into two groups will compete in a preliminary round to determine the final four berths.
Group A consists of Afghanistan, Japan, and Nepal, whereas Group B consists of Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Oman. Each group's top two teams will move on to the quarterfinals.

The Indian women's team, which is also seeded, will play the hosts, Japan, in the quarterfinals to start their title defense. In the semifinals, the victorious team from the India-Japan match will play either China or Bangladesh. In the other quarterfinal matches, Pakistan will play Thailand and Sri Lanka will play Malaysia.
