“He is a kid for god sake”- Varun Chakaravarthy says people mocking seemingly rude kid contestant on KBC are cowards

Ishit Bhatt was mocked for his alleged rude behavior on KBC hosted by Amitabh Bachchan.

Team India spinner Varun Chakaravarthy has responded to taunts and abuse directed at Ishit Bhatt, a junior competitor on Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). Ishit's obviously impolite and overconfident demeanor has sparked widespread criticism, but has received support from Chakaravarthy, who has emphasized the importance of allowing children to mature.

Netizens chastised the Gujarati boy for being exceedingly impolite and disrespecting a superstar like Amitabh Bachchan. The contestant became one of the most viral things on the internet the day the episode aired because he said the following lines:

"Mere ko rules pata hai isliye aap mereko abhi rules samjhane mat baithna (I know the rules, so don't start explaining the rules to me right now)," the kid said rudely to KBC host Amitabh Bachchan.

He continued speaking in a similar tone and compelled the veteran actor to provide him with the options even before they were displayed: "Arre option daalo (Come on, give me some options)."

However, his confidence or overconfidence cost him a lot of money when he faced a question from Ramayan.

Ishit answered a question 'What is the name of the first kanda of the Valmiki Ramayana?' incorrectly. He said Ayodhya Kanda, while the correct answer was Bala Kanda.

The kid was widely criticized for his rudeness and perceived arrogance by netizens on social media, but India spinner Varun Chakaravarthy has stated that let the kid grow up. He also called people trolling the kid cowards.

“Example of how social media has become a place for cowards running their mouths without any sense! He is a kid, for god's sake !! Let him grow !! If u can't tolerate a kid, imagine the society still tolerating many nut cases like the ones commenting on this kid and much more,” Chakaravarthy posted on X.
