Chennai has won two Champions League T20 titles and three Indian Premier League titles.
However, if you see the overall records, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have left everyone behind. They have qualified for the most number of playoffs and played most (7) IPL finals even after being banned for 2 years.
With MS Dhoni having a poor IPL last year for Rising Pune Supergiants and CSK coming with new faces after a ban of 2 years, it was expected that the team may not play with the same force they used to once.
But the questions got answered and that too in style. They started off the season by beating the defending champions by 1 wicket. The team played up to their reputation and came out as champions.
The official Twitter account of CSK shared a picture with all the trophies they have bagged till now. In the picture, there were two IPL trophies along with the Champions League trophy and IPL Fairplay trophies.
"Champions Galleria! #WhistlePodu ????????," the caption read.
