The Indian Premier League (IPL) season 11 is just two weeks away and the hype has already begun to reach the pinnacle. Teams have started promoting their new players, ad-shoots have begun and most importantly, new jersey designs are being unveiled.

First it was Chennai Super Kings and Kings XI Punjab, who unveiled their jerseys for the IPL 2018.

Now comes the time of the defending champions Mumbai Indians to so the same. Rohit Sharma led Mumbai Indians have always been wearing the blue and gold as their primary jersey colors, starting from IPL 2010.

They have all the right to put as much golden color in their jersey as possible, as MI are the only three time winners of the IPL. Therefore, they have launched their new design of jersey, which takes the gold and blue to a new level. The jersey has gold stripes on the shoulder and one the sides, giving it a look of armor.

Here is the video of the new jersey unveiling:

Mumbai Indians will start their IPL 2018 campaign on April 7, 2018, against rivals Chennai Super Kings, at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
