IPL 2024: WATCH- Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir hug it out during time out in RCB v KKR match

KKR captain Shreyas Iyer won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Looks like 'All Is Well' between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir as there was mutual respect on display during IPL 2024 RCB v KKR match in Bengaluru on March 29. The two have had a rich history of antagonizing one another.

Their first altercation happened in IPL 2013 when Gambhir was KKR captain and Kohli had just become RCB skipper. Most recently, the two almost came to blows in the IPL 2023 tournament when Gambhir was LSG's mentor. Kohli had a tiff with LSG’s Naveen Ul Haq during a match in the tournament.

After the match, the two almost came to blows and had to be separated by the players from the two sides.

Therefore, the ongoing RCB v KKR clash in IPL 2024 was a mouthwatering one as it would feature the two coming face to face once again. But something totally different was on display as during a strategic timeout, Gambhir and Kohli were seen smiling and talking and the two even hugged one another.
