Ishan Kishan to play for MI in IPL 2024.
Kishan was not included in the list of BCCI's annual contracts after he made himself unavailable for his state side Jharkhand for the Ranji Trophy despite being fully fit and not on national duty.
Apart from him, Shreyas Iyer was also left out of the central contracts for the same reason. However, Iyer later did play in the Ranji semifinal and final for Mumbai.

However, Ishan Kishan will be hoping to put his off-field issues to rest and impress the BCCI with his performances in the IPL 2024 to stake a claim for the Indian team squad for the T20 World Cup in June.
And Ishan Kishan is also having some fun as he preps for the IPL 2024, as he was seen imitating MI bowling coach Lasith Malinga in a funny video.
Ishan is seen wearing a curly-hair wig to imitate MI bowling coach and Sri Lankan great Lasith Malinga's looks. He then imitated Malinga's unusual round-arm bowling action, which made the islander famous besides his lethal yorkers.
