Mark Wood has not played in the last two games for LSG.
Wood has missed Lucknow Super Giants’ last two matches due to illness but has been brilliant for them, taking 11 wickets in his four appearances, including 5 for 14 on his debut against Delhi Capitals.
The KL Rahul-led side lost their last game against GT and would be eyeing to make a strong comeback against PBKS. And Mark Wood might make his comeback in this match.
Wood is likely to replace Naveen-ul-Haq in the playing XI. The Afghan pacer bowled well against GT, but with LSG set to play Mayers, Pooran, and Stoinis, Naveen has to make way for Wood.

Recently, Mark Wood was seen in a hilarious video where he was showing off his Lucknavi accent. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) Twitter handle shared a video of the England pacer in a very candid avatar, saying words with a touch of Lucknow flavor in it.
Him saying words like ‘Mohtarma’ and ‘Khisko’ were absolute gold.
