In reply, Punjab Kings got off to a terrible start as they lost three wickets for just 45 runs in the powerplay. Thanks to Sikandar Raza’s half-century (57 off 41), Punjab’s innings got back on track but the game went down to the wire as LSG bowlers kept taking wickets at regular intervals.
With 7 needed off the last over, Shahrukh Khan took doubles on the first two delivery against Ravi Bishoni while he slammed the third delivery for a boundary to seal the deal for PBKS.
