Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni was in a fun mood as he pulled the leg of his young teammate Rajvardhan Hangargekar during an event citing his tendency to bowl no-balls. The 2022 U19 World Cup winner made his debut in IPL 2023 against Gujarat Titans (GT).

Hangargekar has played 2 matches thus far in the IPL 2023 and picked three wickets. He has impressed one and all with his pace and zeal.

In a video shared by CSK on social media, Dhoni poked fun at the young pacer and started the conversation off by saying Raj took the most time to get ready, before asking him if this was his first Meet and Greet event, to which Hangargekar nodded in agreement.

He further made a joke about Hangargekar’s habit of bowling no-balls, given that the 20-year-old has bowled six wide balls and one no-ball in six overs in the 2023 IPL season.
