Meanwhile, RCB has named South African left-arm pacer Wayne Parnell as a replacement for injured Reece Topley, while Karnataka all-rounder Vyashak Vijay Kumar has replaced Rajat Patidar in the squad for the remainder of IPL 2023.

Vyashak Vijay Kumar has played 14 T20s, scalping 22 wickets, and joins RCB for INR 20 Lakh.
