In a massive development, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has deleted all posts related to the IPL team's 2021 and 2022 campaigns from his official Instagram account.

Jadeja was appointed CSK’s captain for the IPL 2022 as the legendary MS Dhoni stepped down from the position two days ahead of the season.

However, Jadeja failed to make a mark as a leader. Under him, CSK won just two out of the first eight games and as a result, he decided to relinquish the post, handing over the job back to Dhoni.

Days after he quit the captaincy, Jadeja was also ruled out of the competition with a rib injury but there were speculations that the all-rounder was dropped from the team.

Now, Jadeja removing CSK-related posts from his Instagram account only suggests that everything is not well between him and the franchise and they might part ways ahead of the 2023 season.

"Jadeja didn't wish Dhoni on his birthday this year. (He does it every year). He has also deleted all his CSK related posts on Instagram. Something is definitely not right," a fan tweeted.

Here are the reactions of fans:

Ravindra Jadeja recently made a successful return from injury, slamming a century in India’s first innings during the rescheduled fifth Test against England at Edgbaston. The southpaw scored 104 and was involved in a 222-run partnership with Rishabh Pant, who smashed 146.

"IPL was not on my mind. Whenever you are playing for India, your entire focus needs to be on the Indian team. It was the same for me, there is no better satisfaction than performing well for India,” Jadeja said after his ton in the Edgbaston Test.
