GT players held an open-top bus parade in Ahmedabad to celebrate their win with fans.
Gujarat Titans (GT) won the hearts of their fans by winning their first-ever IPL trophy at their home ground by defeating Rajasthan Royals (RR) by 7 wickets in the IPL 2022 final on Sunday (May 29) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
The Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans team held a roadshow at the Sabarmati Riverfront in Ahmedabad on Monday, May 30 to celebrate their IPL 2022 victory with the local fans and give a glimpse of the coveted trophy to them.
The open-top bus parade started from Usmanpura Riverfront and ended at Vishwakunj Riverfront in Ahmedabad on Monday evening, as hundreds of fans came to the streets to catch a glimpse of the IPL 2022 champions, and cricketers were also seen enjoying the roadshow.
Apart from this, Gujarat Titans’ players and the members of the support staff, including captain Hardik and head coach Ashish Nehra, were felicitated by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel.
Pandya was seen flaunting the IPL trophy as Shubman Gill, Rahul Tewatia, and Wriddhiman Saha shared videos of their open-top bus parade in Ahmedabad.
