Gujarat Titans (GT) advanced to the IPL 2022 final after defeating Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the Qualifier 1 in Kolkata on May 24. GT defeated RR in a tense match which was won when David Miller slammed three consecutive sixes in the last over with 16 required to win.

Gujarat will play the final match of their maiden campaign in front of their home crowd in Ahmedabad on Sunday, May 29.

Gujarat Titans' Twitter account requested suggestions for activities to do during a four-day break after their playoff victory. While fans discussed possible actions, Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan made a sly remark, telling everyone involved with the Gujarat Titans to go to sleep.

People on Twitter were splits over this, as they praised the spin wizard for his fresh humor after a long and exhausting season.

Rashid Khan has been an integral part of the Gujarat Titans' outstanding season. Rashid bowled a fantastic spell of 4-0-15-0 against Rajasthan Royals in Qualifier 1 without allowing a single six or four.

Rashid has been praised for his bowling throughout the season, and despite a wicketless start in the early going, he has steadied himself and now has 18 wickets at an excellent economy rate of 6.73.

As they wait a few more days to find out who they will play in the finals, Khan will be key for Gujarat. For the final game, the Narendra Modi stadium is likely to be packed, with a capacity crowd allowed.
