Pictures of David Warner’s daughters after his dismissal in Match 27 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have stolen the limelight.

Warner smashed his second consecutive half-century for DC in the team’s recent encounter against RCB. The southpaw gave his side a perfect start while chasing a big total of 190 runs.

Opening the batting, Warner came out all guns blazing and smashed a six on the very first ball he faced. He capitalized on the start he got and went on to score 66 before he was trapped LBW by Wanindu Hasaranga.

Till the time the Australian opener was in the middle, it seemed that DC will comfortably chase down the target and register their third win of the season, but his wicket brought RCB back into the game and after that, they completed a comfortable 16-run victory.

As Warner was dismissed, not only DC fans but his daughters, who were in the stands also looked disappointed and were caught on television with sad expressions on their faces.

The Australian opener’s wife Candice Warner posted a picture of the same on her Twitter account, highlighting that the children were heartbroken after Warner got out.

The southpaw on Monday (18th April) reacted to the viral pictures of his daughters and posted a heartfelt message for them.

Taking to his official Instagram account, Warner wrote: “God bless, they now understand the game very much and feel it. So lucky to have my kids know what we do,but more importantly, it teaches them that you can't always win. We all give 100% every time we walk onto that field, no matter what. #cricket #passion #IPL,” Warner wrote.
