Rajasthan Royals (RR) are having a great time in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL). They have won three out of their four games in the IPL 2022 season and occupy the top spot on the points table.

One of the major reasons behind RR’s stellar showing so far is the performances of opening batter Jos Buttler and wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.

While Buttler is currently leading the highest run-getter chart with 218 runs to his name, Chahal is the leading the highest wicket-taker list with 11 scalps.

With his bowling figures of 4 for 41 in RR’s three-run victory over LSG, Chahal on Sunday (April 10) surpassed Kuldeep Yadav to become the leading wicket-taker in the cash-rich league this season.

After the game, Buttler and Chahal were seen exchanging their Orange and Purple caps with each other.

The official Instagram handle of Rajasthan Royals shared a video, showing Buttler and Chahal sharing their caps. In the video, swashbuckling batter Shimron Hetmyer also managed to sneak in with his pink hair.

“Exclusive visuals from a parallel universe,” RR put out a hilarious caption for the video and also posted an image with the caption: “Purple. Orange. Pink. All in this #RoyalsFamily.”

Shimron Hetmyer starred with the bat for Royals in their victory against Lucknow Super Giants. The southpaw scored 59 not out off 36 balls to take the team’s total to 165/5, which they defended by restricting the opposition to 162/8.
