Australia batter Marnus Labuschagne is quite active on Twitter. He often posts hilarious tweets which leave the cricket fans in splits.

For the last couple of days, IPL 2022 is trending on social media and Labuschagne on Monday (March 28) asked his followers to name the team that will win the cash-rich tournament this year.

In reply, Labuschagne’s teammate and star Australia opener David Warner wrote: “@DelhiCapitals”.

Notably, Delhi Capitals had signed Warner for INR 6.25 crore in the mega-auction last month after he was not retained by the Sunrisers Hyderabad for the IPL 2022 edition.

Warner will miss Delhi's first two games and he is likely to be available for the third fixture against Lucknow Super Giants on April 7.

The southpaw, who led SRH to their maiden IPL title in 2016, was ill-treated by the franchise last season. He was sacked as captain mid-season before being axed from the playing eleven.

It is worth mentioning here that David Warner had started his IPL journey with the Delhi-based franchise in 2009. The Aussie cricketer has so far featured in 150 IPL games, scoring 5449 runs at a strike rate of 139.97.
