Rajasthan Royals (RR) skipper Sanju Samson on Friday (March 25) took his team’s social media admin to task for posting a distasteful tweet.

The official handle of RR shared an edited picture of Samson with the caption, “Kya khoob lagte ho”.

The post didn’t go down well with Samson, who opined that the teams should act professionally on social media.

“Its ok for friends to do all this but teams should be professional..,” Samson tweeted and also mentioned @rajasthanroyals in his post.

Soon after the captain's tweet, RR deleted the offensive post but the screenshot of the same is doing rounds on social media.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals’ new recruit R Ashwin also reacted on Samson’s tweet.

“Always been upto something or the other. It’s about time,” the veteran off-spinner wrote and also shared a GIF with a cryptic message, perhaps asking the social media team to lift their game.

Rajasthan Royals will open their IPL 2022 campaign against Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 29.
