IPL 2022 will begin from March 26 onwards.
Keeping up with its tradition, Dhoni will be seen in a new look, transforming from a rock star to a monk to a bus driver, with his look matching that of superstar Rajnikanth. The promo shows Dhoni driving a bus and then stopping and reversing it in peak traffic, halting it in front of a TV shop.
When a traffic constable asks what's going on Thala, Dhoni uses a megaphone to tell him, that Super over is on and he wants to watch it.
This was part of Star Sports’ newest IPL mantra ‘ Ab yeh normal hai’. This is because IPL 2022 will be played in India from March 26 onwards at four venues in Maharashtra, with crowds being allowed inside the stadiums, on the condition that they are fully vaccinated.
Here is the newest promo of IPL 2022 featuring MS Dhoni:
The CSK have set up camp in Surat and practice will be from March 7 and Dhoni will join the practice soon as well.
