The IPL 2022 Auction finally came to end with an energetic and fast final round of bidding featuring a list of players who were shortlisted by the ten franchises in a last attempt to buy some firepower.

Rajasthan Royals benefitted a lot from this round as they completed their overseas quotas by buying the likes of Rassie van der Dussen, David Willey, James Neesham, and Daryl Mitchell for their base prices, to plug in all the holes their squad had.
