The same was evident in a video posted by CSK on Twitter. In the clip, Dhoni and Raina can be seen playing a wide range of strokes during a net session. Top-order batsman Ambati Rayudu too featured in the video.
"Shots!" CSK wrote in the caption.
Dhoni and Raina didn't look in the best of form in the first half of IPL 2021, which got postponed due to COVID-19 cases in the bio-bubbles of multiple franchises.
While the CSK captain managed only 37 runs from the four innings, Raina scored 123 runs from six innings with one half-century. Both of them will look to bounce back when the tournament resumes on September 19 in UAE.
