The clash between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lived up to the hype as it saw a thrilling last-ball finish. Mumbai needed 2 runs off the last ball and Kieron Pollard, who scored 87* runs, comfortably completed the required runs.

Former Australia cricketer Brad Hogg pointed out an unfair advantage to Mumbai Indians on the last ball. He posted a picture of the moment before the last ball was delivered by Lungi Ngidi and non-striker Dhawal Kulkarni can be seen leaving his crease too early.

'Mankading' debate thus reopened and whether bowlers should be ruthless by running out non strikers if they try to take an unfair advantage.

"Sorry again for my harp. Last night last ball 2 runs needed and the non-striker again taking advantage. Is this in the spirit of the game. #IPL2020 #MIvsCSK," he tweeted with a picture attached.

Batting first CSK posted a total of 218/4 in 20 overs and their top scorer was Ambati Rayudu who scored 27-ball 72* runs. Moeen Ali (58) and Faf du Plessis (50) were the other two major contributors for them.

However, when Pollard started smashing the CSK bowlers, the target of 219 didn't look enough on the board. He smashed 8 sixes in his 34-ball 87* runs knock.
