Former Australia cricketer Shane Watson, who last played for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in IPL, has wished the best of luck to them ahead of their first IPL 2021 match.

The MS Dhoni-led franchise had failed to qualify for the playoffs last season and Watson was also part of the squad. He has played for them in IPL 2018 and 2019 as well and made memorable contributions in the final of both tournaments.

CSK have won the IPL trophy in 2010, 2011, and 2018. They were close to winning the fourth title in 2019 but lost in the final by 1 run.

Super Kings and Delhi Capitals (DC) will lock horns on Saturday (April 10) at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. They have to play their first five matches at the same venue.
