The hashtags of RCB were followed by Chennai Super Kings' emojis because of glitch.
Twitter India launched new emojis with hashtags related to all the franchises ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. But there was an error for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Their hashtags had a yellow jersey emoji of Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
RCB's all three hashtags #RCB, #PlayBold, and #WeAreChallengers were followed by the emojis of CSK. The goof-up was spotted by the Twitterati and it soon started trending.

CSK's official Twitter account took a jibe at RCB and later even Rajasthan Royals (RR) joined the banter. Bangalore posted a tweet tagging Twitter India to fix the issue while adding that they should hire some better tech engineers from Bengaluru.
"Hey @Twitter @TwitterIndia, looks like you need better tech engineers. Bengaluru is the right place to start hiring. #WhatsWithYourEmojis," they tweeted.
Rajasthan Royals quoted the tweet with a picture of the Haldi ceremony from an Indian wedding as RCB was turned yellow by Twitter India.
