Chennai Super Kings are playing their first IPL 2021 match against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsmen Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis, and Cheteshwar Pujara are in quarantine before joining their teammates for training. But they are making sure to utilize this time and the trio doesn't have any rest day.
CSK's official Instagram account posted a video that featured Raina, Du Plessis, and Pujara. They were doing exercises in their hotel room; keeping the body ready before they finally take the field.
"Kings getting ready to take things for a real spin! #Quarantime #WhistlePodu #Yellove ????????," wrote Super Kings on Instagram.
Raina joined the CSK camp in Mumbai on Friday (March 26). He had posted a selfie on Instagram from his hotel room and Dwayne Bravo was very happy to see him back. Even Faf reacted to the post and Raina promised him a new bat when they reunite after quarantine.
CSK started their preparation ahead of the upcoming season on March 9 at Chepauk. They have shifted their training base to Mumbai where the three-time IPL champions will play their first match of IPL 2021 against Delhi Capitals.
