The auction will take place in Chennai on February 18, in midst of the India v England Test series, and a day after the second Test will end, on February 17.
The mini-auction will feature all the eight teams bidding for players, given that they had submitted their list of retained and released players on January 20 to the BCCI and IPL GC.
