Hardik posted a picture with the IPL 2020 trophy on his Twitter account.
Mumbai Indians (MI) batsman Hardik Pandya dedicated his franchise's fifth IPL trophy win to son Agastya. MI's another dominating performance over Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL 2020 helped them defend the title.
In IPL 13, MI defeated DC in all the four matches they clashed, and it was not happening for the first time. Last season it was Chennai Super Kings (CSK) who had no answer to MI's strong side.
Hardik's sacrifice paid off as MI won IPL in an odd year which hadn't happen before. The 27-year-old had to leave his new-born son Agastya back home to take part in the tournament in the UAE.

"This one's for you, Agastya. Love this team!", said Hardik and he added a picture with the trophy.
As Pandya has already admitted, it wasn't easy for him to leave his family and participate in the league. But the explosive MI batsman did well with the bat throughout the season. He scored 281 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 178.98 and played cameos for his team which made a difference.
In the final match, Hardik could only score three runs, but it didn't affect MI because when he got out the team needed just one run. They defeated DC by 5 wickets and defended the title with ease.
