Apart from MI, no team has secured a place in the playoffs.
After dominating the first half of the tournament, DC have slipped to the third spot in the IPL 2020 points table with three successive defeats. They need to win one of the remaining two league matches to seal their place in the playoffs.

Delhi will take on defending champions Mumbai Indians, who have already qualified for the knockouts, in Dubai on Saturday (October 31).
“Well, Mumbai is quite secure, I think RCB will make it there (play-offs) as well. I am suddenly worried about Delhi Capitals.
"In the last few games, they're batting hasn’t really looked as strong as it should’ve. It's highly dependent on their top order, none of the other batsmen have got the quick runs," Sangakkara said on Star Sports’ show Cricket Live.
“So, they could be the fourth one, but I would not be too sure. I would say, Kings XI Punjab will make it there as well. And the fourth one, I am just struggling to make a concrete prediction on the fourth one. Sorry!”.
Meanwhile, Indian batting legend Sunil Gavaskar didn't have any hesitation in picking DC as one of his three teams that will make it to the playoffs.
"My three teams, which will qualify are, DC, RCB and Mumbai Indians. These are the three that will qualify. And I think it is going to be pretty close between RR and Kings XI, these are the two teams, out of which you will get the fourth team,” Gavaskar remarked.
Delhi Capitals will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in their last league match on Monday (November 2).
