Mumbai Indians (MI) batsman Hardik Pandya was the top scorer for his team against Rajasthan Royals (RR) on Sunday. He scored 60* runs off just 21 deliveries at a strike-rate of 285.71, putting an effortless hitting on display.

Hardik scored 50 runs off just boundaries; smashing seven sixes in his innings and two fours. After his knock, he was interviewed by Ian Bishop in mid-innings break.

He talked about the knock and said, "I was waiting for a hit like this. I was hitting too much in front of my body and I did a lot of hard work before IPL. I love to take care of my bats. I was trying to time it more! ".

But the funniest moment came when Hardik was walking off after the chat. He said 'Remember the name' to Bishop at the end of the interview with a smile on his face.

It was a friendly jibe at Bishop's famous comment on Carlos Brathwaite when he hit Ben Stokes for four back-to-back sixes to win the T20 World Cup 2016 for West Indies.

Bishop responded to the comment on his Twitter account and had a laugh about it. "Hardik is something else eh," he wrote with laughing emojis.

Although MI scored 195/5 in their 20 overs, RR chased down the target in 18.2 overs with 8 wickets in hand. Ben Stokes scored an unbeaten century to seal the victory.
