Sehwag hinted that SRH batting is not strong enough to chase down or make a score of 220 plus.
Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag has his way of criticizing teams. He takes the humourous way which can be a bit harsh sometimes.
But this time his comment was not welcomed by the fans of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Sehwag said SRH should give a walkover to Mumbai Indians (MI) at Sharjah because of their weak batting line-up.
"I feel Hyderabad should give MI a walkover because they don't have a strong batting line-up to score anywhere between 200-250. They have batsmen for only 150 and if Mumbai bats first they will score over 200),” said Sehwag while speaking on Cricbuzz.

Fans didn't like the comment and many found it insulting which led to criticism of the ex-India cricketer. Although eventually, the prediction did turn out to be true as SRH became the only team in the tournament to not touch 200 at Sharjah.
The David Warner-led side lost the match by 34 runs after they were restricted to 174/7 in a 209-run chase.
