The 51-year-old has joined the Kings XI Punjab franchise as fielding coach.
Former South Africa cricketer Jonty Rhodes has proved that age is nothing to do if you are fit, something he displayed during the fielding drills with Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). The newly appointed KXIP fielding coach was jumping like a cheetah to take catches.
KXIP shared a video of 51-year-old Rhodes on Twitter and showed the 51-year-old has beaten his age to keep his legacy alive. Jonty is arguably regarded as the best fielder cricket world has ever seen inside the 30-yard circle.
Rhodes reacted to the post by Kings XI Punjab on Twitter and said irrespective of his age he can still manage to fly like the good old days.

"Never too old to have fun in the @lionsdenkxip. Can still manage to fly at 51, just the landing is a little bumpy #SaddaPunjab," wrote Jonty Rhodes on Twitter.
After the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, Rhodes will take charge as the head coach of the Sweden team.
