Chopra shared a picture wearing a mask before leaving for UAE.
Cricketer-turned-commentator Aakash Chopra is all set to join the commentary panel for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 in UAE. He shared a picture of himself wearing a mask before leaving for Dubai.
Chopra covered his full face and looked like he is ready to leave earth. Even his caption on the picture read he is Mars ready. "Mars ready....but will go via UAE #IPL @StarSportsIndia," he wrote on Twitter.

Former India cricketer VVS Laxman responded to the tweet and he wanted to know if there will be spectators on Mars too? It was a dig at Aakash's famous one-liner "Darshak bane fielder (spectators turned into fielders)" which he uses after a six.
Laxman wrote, "Kya Mars mein darshak honge @cricketaakash". To which Chopra replied he isn't sure about crowd on Mars, but there will be 'Aakash Vani' certainly.
"Darshkon ka pata nahin par #AakashVani zaroor hogi, Laxman garu. see you ‘from a distance’ in DXB," he replied.
The IPL 2020 will start on September 19 and this season the evening matches will be played at 7:30 pm IST.
