Kohli looked confident with the bat in the video posted by RCB on social media.
Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises have started their preparation ahead of the tournament in UAE. The quarantine period is over for the players and members as they took the field this week, except for Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) shared a video of their captain Virat Kohli from their first practice session on Friday. He isn't looking rusty in the nets despite a long gap which is a good sign for RCB.

In a video posted by the franchise on their Twitter account, Kohli can be seen facing a left-arm pacer and he pulled a short ball neatly.
Skipper Kohli also posted pictures from his net session and said it was great to be back on the field.
RCB has found reputed coaching staff ahead of this season. Mike Hesson and Simon Katich are the brains for the franchise who are working non-stop for a positive outcome.
Hesson is making sure they don't lack behind in any department. When Yuzvendra Chahal pointed out RCB bowlers haven't done well in death overs in the last few years, the team director said, "We were very clear about our death bowling and wanted to make sure we got it covered. We went into the auction wanting to fix that," said Hesson at the virtual media interaction.
"We have got Udana, Morris, Richardson, Steyn. Navdeep Saini has done the job nicely and our spinners too will play a big part. We got Chahal who is an exceptional bowler and a nice mix of spinners (Shahbaz Nadeem, Pawan Negi, Moeen Ali).
"We think we are not so much reliant on our batting and have a balanced unit." he added.
