CSK reached Dubai on August 21.
However, as per reports, 10-12 members of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) contingent a tested positive for the Coronavirus. Apart from this, one CSK player has also been found to be COVID positive and the affected ones have been isolated and are stable.
The ones who have been infected were part of the support staff and social media team, sources have told India Today. CSK are following all safety protocols, as per the directions of the health officials the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) SOPs.

While the likes of Kings XI Punjab, Rajasthan Royals, and Royal Challengers Bangalore completed their 6-day quarantine and have already started training sessions and team bonding exercises, Chennai Super Kings had delayed the training despite finishing their quarantine period in Dubai.
While CSK or the BCCI is yet to confirm the developments, sources say the members of the support staff and the social media team might have contracted the virus during their camp in Chennai.
CSK reached Dubai on August 21 and now their quarantine period will be extended by one week more.
