Chennai Super Kings has set up a camp in Chennai ahead of IPL 2020.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) players Suresh Raina, Deepak Chahar, Karn Sharma, and Piyush Chawla boarded the flight to Chennai for a six-day training camp ahead of IPL 2020. Raina shared a picture with his teammates and flight crew before taking off.
CSK captain MS Dhoni is also expected to reach Chennai for the camp. He will take the flight from Ranchi for the training camp which will take place between August 15 and 20.
Raina thanked the airline in his post and wrote, "Thank you so much @vistara for taking us to Chennai!!!". Chahar also shared a post with his friends and expressed his excitement in emojis.
Ravindra Jadeja won't be joining the training camp because of personal commitments. He will join the franchise before leaving for United Arab Emirates (UAE).

All the players have to undergo the COVID-19 testing to fulfill the SOPs set by the IPL Governing Council. Dhoni also got tested negative before preparing to join the CSK camp.
The other members of the staff, including head coach Stephen Fleming and assistant coach Michael Hussey, are likely to join the squad in Dubai on August 22.
The CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan is expecting South Africa cricketers Lungi Ngidi and Faf du Plessis to join the franchise in UAE on September 1. Veteran Proteas spinner Imran Tahir will join the CSK franchise after Caribbean Premier League which will end on September 10 in Trinidad and Tobago.
