He returned to nets after four months.
With the dates of the upcoming 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 announced last week by the BCCI, the IPL-bound cricketers have returned to the nets in order to get back to the rhythm and sharpen their game following a long Coronavirus-forced hiatus.
Well now, India’s star batsman and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) captain KL Rahul has joined the long list of players to return to practice in the nets to prepare for the next month’s IPL 2020 in the UAE.
Since the upcoming IPL 13 is going to be huge for Rahul, as he will be leading the franchise for the first time in the world’s biggest T20 extravaganza, the star cricketer has begun his preparations for the tournament to be held from 19 September – 10 November 2020 in the UAE.

The star batsman has hit the nets after four months on August 10 (Monday). Rahul also shared a 14-second clip on his Instagram handle where the elegant right-hander can be seen playing some crisp defensive shots as he would be certainly looking to have a crack in the IPL 2020.
He captioned the video “music to my ears” as the sound coming of his bat was immaculate.
