He also speaks on RCB's plans for IPL 2020 in the UAE.
India's young and promising pacers Navdeep Saini has opened up about his equation with his captain Virat Kohli as well as how he deals with his bowlers on the field.

Under the captaincy of Kohli, India has seen dramatic dominance of the pacers in different conditions, especially in Test cricket and even regularly described as one of the best in the world.
Well, Kohli is blessed with a pace battery who likes his pacers to run in with a lot of passion and not compromise with the speed at any cost to give a gaze to the batsman and Saini recently revealed an ‘extremely essential’ quality in his pacers that the captain appreciates.
Saini told Times Now: “Virat bhaiya hamesha sunnte hain (Virat Kohli always listens). First, he expects the bowler to bowl according to the team plan. But if it doesn't work, he comes to his rescue and asks for the bowler's opinions. He always appreciates opinionated-bowlers and that is also extremely essential. It tells that he, or she, is a thinking cricketer and knows what he is doing, or wants to do next.”

He further added, “So, Kohli will first hear your plan and then advise only if it needs a bit of tweaking. He will always say "Aisa kar sakte hain" (you can do this) but want a good response from his bowler as well. Not just nodding to everything.”
Meanwhile, the pacer is all set to play under Kohli for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB in the upcoming 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 which is scheduled to be held in UAE.
On the RCB’s plan for the IPL 13 in the UAE conditions, the pacer said: “We will plan and practice in the nets according to the conditions and pitches we get post-arrival in the UAE. We know the wickets remain flat there and, hence, we will plan according to what all we know about the conditions and playing style usually witnessed there.”
Saini signed off by saying, “However, things might change once the RCB camp is setup. Seniors, coaching staff, and others will get along and churn out a different strategy altogether if need be. If this happens, we will accommodate and improvise from that moment itself.”
