Former India cricketer Laskhmipathy Balaji picked his favorite Indian Premier League (IPL) moments. The bowling coach of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) was part of the franchise as a player as well. He has played for Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab as well.

Balaji, the first bowler to take a hat-trick in IPL, picked MS Dhoni's famous finish against Kings XI Punjab in IPL 2010 among his favorite moments. It was a must-win game for CSK to advance to the knockout stage and in the final over, they needed 16 runs to win the match.

Dhoni took on Irfan Pathan and finished the game with a couple of sixes. His celebration after the innings made the moment even better.

Another innings that Balaji named as his favorite IPL moments were played by CSK's Dwayne Bravo. It was IPL 2018's opening match between rivals, CSK and Mumbai Indians when Bravo pulled off an unthinkable victory for Chennai with the bat.

Super Kings had won that game by a wicket. It was Kedar Jadhav who came back after being retired hurt to score 7 in the last over.

The other two moments Balaji mentioned came in the same season. He picked Dhoni's innings against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Chinnaswamy and Faf du Plessis' crazy knock in the first qualifier against Sunrisers Hyderabad to win the game single-handedly for CSK.
