Warner is due to lead Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2020.
Amid the lockdown due to the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Australia’s swashbuckling batsman David Warner has won the hearts with his latest post on social media with his “Indian family”.
As there is no cricketing action these days because of the outbreak, Warner, like other cricketers, is enjoying a great time with family as well as has been quite active on social media.
With the COVID-19 pandemic bringing all cricket activities to a halt, it would be certainly the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) which the cricketers, not only Indian but also foreigners were missing the most at the moment and Warner would be definitely among those, as he would be returning to the leadership capacity in the 13th edition of the IPL 2020.
It seems that Warner is missing the IPL actions, as the left-hander turned back the clock and posted an image of him lifting the IPL trophy with his SRH family on Instagram on Thursday, April 2. He also revealed his favorite IPL moment while calling the SRH his 'Indian family'.
Warner captioned the post: "My favorite IPL moment would have to be this for sure. My Indian family @SunRisers,"

Noteworthy, the destructive Aussie opener, who had led the SRH to the maiden IPL title in 2016, had to miss the 2018 season due to his role in the ball-tampering scandal, resulting in the captaincy was handed over to Kane Williamson, who led the side last season as well.
However, ahead of this season, the Aussie was reinstated as SRH captain but he has to wait as the IPL 2020 was suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic.
