Trent Boult, New Zealand speedster, will compete in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 for Mumbai Indians after being traded by Delhi Capitals (DC).

The experienced southpaw paceman from New Zealand marked his IPL first appearance in 2014 and featured in the 2018 and 2019 seasons for Delhi Capitals.

Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), on the other hand, traded Ankit Rajpoot to Rajasthan Royals (RR) in return for all-rounder Krishnappa Gowtham. The right-arm quick represented KXIP in 2018 and 2019 and has taken 22 wickets in 23 games. When he claimed 5-14 in a league game in the 2018 season against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajpoot put in one of the most memorable bowling performances ever. Rajpoot is the only uncapped player in the IPL with a five-wicket haul.

Gowtham was bought by RR at the 2018 auction for INR 6.2 crore while Rajpoot went for INR 3 cr to KXIP. The IPL transfer window closes on November 14.
