Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is one of the most successful teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL). One of the reasons for CSK shining on the field is their team culture.

It is evident from how well former Mumbai Indians’ players Ambati Rayudu and Harbhajan Singh and Rajasthan Royals opener Shane Watson have fit into the CSK dressing room.

On 3rd April, after the MIvCSK encounter at Wankhede Stadium, former CSK stars were seen having fun in the Chennai dressing room. India pacer Irfan Pathan who is now part of IPL broadcasters’ commentary panel, was seen chatting with the players. CSK uploaded a photo of Pathan chuckling with skipper MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina.

In another photo, former CSK openers Matthew Hayden and Brendon McCullum can be seen alongside former CSK player and coach Stephen Fleming and Hayden can be seen staring at the two Kiwi greats in the photo.

Hayden is one of the first members of the CSK side as he played for three years from the inaugural of IPL in 2008. He scored 1000 runs at an average of 36.9 in his three-year stint. McCullum, on the other hand, played for CSK only for two seasons but is still one of the best openers CSK ever had.
