Shardul got all the answers right, while Mohit was stuck in one.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fast bowling duo Shardul Thakur and Mohit Sharma recently took Indian Premier League (IPL) quiz challenge. Thakur answered most of the questions correctly while Mohit was seen getting it wrong once when he was asked about the teams CSK have defeated in final.
When asked which two batsmen have completed 5000 IPL runs? Shardul raised his hand and answered it correctly. He said, "Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli".
The next question was on the franchise they play for. Shardul got it right again when asked to name the two brothers who have played for CSK. "Mike Hussey and David Hussey," he replied.
While Mohit got the third question wrong when asked about teams CSK has defeated in final, Shardul got it correct again.
KL Rahul of Kings XI Punjab had scored the fastest IPL fifty last year in just 14 balls. Both the players knew the answer when questioned about it.
Probably the easiest question of all was this one where they were asked who is known as 'Mr.Cricket'? Thakur instantly replied Mike Hussey. Sharma claimed he had raised the hand first.
Being bowlers they also knew who is the highest wicket-taker in the IPL and who has bowled most number of maiden overs? Without taking any time, they replied Lasith Malinga and Praveen Kumar.
