Virat Kohli, the India and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) legend, is an inspiration for budding young cricketers from not only India but from everywhere in the world. Kohli has been a huge reason why RCB won their first IPL title in 2025 and are looking good to defend it in the ongoing IPL 2026.

Kohli has scored 351 runs in 8 games with 3 fifties to his name, with a best score of 81 and a strike rate of 162.50. He has ensured a good platform is laid for the middle order, who are known for hitting big shots and scoring quickly.

Kohli has always been accommodating for his fans, whether old or young, and has interacted with them, often stopping for selfies or autographs.

However, one video has surfaced on social media, where a young Virat Kohli fan tried his best to get his attention, only to be stopped by the security escorting the player in the team hotel.

The young fan was waiting for Kohli in the RCB team hotel, and on spotting the cricketer, tried to get his attention by calling out to him. However, Kohli didn’t notice the young fan, as he had earphones in his ears and was talking to someone. The security near him kept the youngster from reaching out to Kohli.

The fan also followed the team but had to return empty-handed with tears in his eyes and threw away the bat he was carrying for the autograph.
