India and England will face-off in the fifth and final T20I of the series with the winner of the match also winning the series as well. The series stands at 2-2 with India winning the fourth T20I on March 18.

India also broke the sequence of the teams winning the toss and batting first and winning the match as well. India was asked to bat first and defend its total in the 4th T20I, which they did winning the match by 8 runs. Now it all comes down to the fifth and final T20I match between the two sides.

With Ishan Kishan reportedly injured, there might not be much to change in the Indian Playing XI for this important match. Even Suryakumar Yadav, who batted for the first time in his T20I career, started off with a six and then went onto make his maiden T20I fifty.

KL Rahul, who made his first double-digit score in the series after 2 ducks, is expected to continue as an opener with Rohit Sharma. Suryakumar, Virat Kohli, and Shreyas Iyer are expected to helm the middle order of the Indian team.

Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya will be the finishers for the Indian team, with help coming from Washington Sundar and Shardul Thakur. Hardik Pandya has been back to bowling more regularly in all matches thus far, and this has been of much help to Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Shardul Thakur as pacers.

Washington Sundar and Rahul Chahar did a good job as the spinners picking important wickets, despite Sundar going for some runs in the last match.

This is a must-win match for both teams and India will be looking to succeed in their endeavor of beating the top-ranked T20I team in England and winning the series.
