Indian spinners had picked 19 wickets in the Day-Night Test match at Ahmedabad.
Indian spinners have troubled the England batsmen throughout this tour so far. After winning the first Test, England couldn't continue the same dominance in the next two matches.
Joe Root and co failed to score 200 runs in the second and third Test. Their batting line-up couldn't survive against a robust spin-bowling department of Team India, especially the deadly-duo of R Ashwin and Akshar Patel.
Former India batsman Wasim Jaffer had a funny take on Ashwin and Akshar's terrific bowling. He tweeted a way to tackle both the spinners and it was hilarious.
Jaffer wrote that it's better to stay at the non-striker end when Akshar bowls, but when it comes to Ashwin you are not even safe at the other end. He subtly warned the batsmen about mankading when India off-spinner comes in to bowl.
"Ideally from the non strikers end. Although with Ashwin even that's not safe. #INDvsENG," he tweeted.
Akshar was the Man of the Match in the third Test with 11 wickets. He has been a headache for the English batsmen with his accuracy. They failed to read his bowling and mostly got out playing the wrong line in the Day-Night Test match while expecting the ball to turn.
