Indian captain Virat Kohli was seen imitating Australian batsman Steve Smith’s mannerisms during the net sessions ahead of the third Test against the England team at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Motera, Ahmedabad.

Steve Smith is known for his exaggerated actions while leaving the balls outside off-stump and signaling for a run. It was amusing to see Smith flailing his arms and bat in order to signal the non-striker not to go for a run.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli, who along with Steve Smith is part of the fab four of modern Test batsmen, was seen copying Smith during the net session at the Motera stadium. He was seen leaving the ball and then imitating the Australia batsman.

India will be facing England in the third Test of the four-match series with the series level 1-1. India cannot afford to lose a single match out of the remaining two Tests if it wants to qualify for the final of the ICC World Test Championship. For England to do the same, it needs to win both the Tests.
