Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar sent out a congratulatory message for Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, and Rahul Tewatia after they were included in the Indian T20I team for the first time.

Team India announced their T20I squad for the 5-match series against England in Ahmedabad, which is scheduled to begin on March 12. The squad saw three new names and a name that was included during the T20I series against Australia but was removed later.

Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, and Rahul Tewatia managed to break into the Indian T20I squad on the back of some tremendous IPL and domestic performances over the years. The name that was removed before the T20I series was that of Varun Chakravarthy, who had an unrevealed shoulder injury.
